The partnership matrix · eight categories

Eight categories. One world.

rTracer is not one monolithic engine. The atlas is composed of zones, and each zone runs its own physics, controllers, and fidelity target — funded by the partner whose engineering, product, or community the zone exists to demonstrate. The hub world is the spine. Identity, progression, and the social graph travel across all zones; physics does not have to.

Each row below is a conversation we can have on its own merits — we are not asking partners to fund the platform, only the zone that demonstrates what they are uniquely good at.

For · Circuit operators

Real-circuit digital twin

A specific track with operator-validated geometry, surface, and event calendar.

The fundamental zone type. A real circuit pulled into the atlas at the fidelity its operator authorizes, with the operator's event calendar live and credential issuance tied to real race weekends.

Example partners we'd target
  • JRP (Fuji, Sugo, Suzuka)
  • Mobilityland (Motegi)
  • Nürburgring
  • Goodwood
  • Le Mans · ACO
  • IMS · Indianapolis
Category 02

For · OEMs — vehicle manufacturers

Manufacturer product zone

A specific car's dynamic envelope, rendered in the imaginative space before or after launch.

A zone built around a particular vehicle the manufacturer wants visible — a Toyota GR drift demonstration, a BMW xDrive snow zone, a Honda HRC cockpit. Marketing or product budget funds the zone; the customer relationship lasts beyond the launch cycle.

Example partners we'd target
  • Toyota Gazoo Racing
  • Honda HRC
  • BMW M
  • Porsche Motorsport
  • Mercedes-AMG
  • Ferrari
Category 03

For · Tire manufacturers

Tire-OEM technical zone

Tire-deformation fidelity, compound-temperature curves, slip-angle behavior.

A specialist tire model running inside its own zone — the demonstration of the brand's R&D rather than a marketing veneer over a generic model. Users develop intuition for the brand's engineering at a resolution no other platform delivers.

Example partners we'd target
  • Yokohama
  • Bridgestone
  • Pirelli
  • Michelin
  • Hankook
  • Toyo

For · Invitation-only marques

Hypercar-house zone

The small, high-value customer world made tractable.

For marques whose entire customer base is enumerable in the hundreds. The zone is an invite-only digital extension of factory-only experiences — owners and pre-owners walk the marque at fidelity the marque approves.

Example partners we'd target
  • Pagani
  • Koenigsegg
  • Singer Vehicle Design
  • Bugatti
  • Rimac
Category 05

For · Premium real-world sim venues

Sim-arcade network zone

Physical-to-digital crossover — your real-world lap lands in your passport.

The zone is the connective tissue between rTracer and a venue network. The venue gets a customer-acquisition channel and persistent customer identity; rTracer gets venue density in markets where it would otherwise build its own physical presence.

Example partners we'd target
  • Racing Unleashed
  • F1 Arcade
  • simXperience venues
  • Porsche Experience Centers

For · Game publishers + their competitive series

3rd-party esports host zone

rTracer as the lobby, social, and audience layer for someone else's game.

The zone hosts a competition for a partner's game inside rTracer. The publisher keeps the title; we keep the platform — credentials, social graph, audience aggregation, and prize routing into real-world experiences.

Example partners we'd target
  • Polyphony Digital (GT)
  • Codemasters · EA (F1)
  • Playground Games (Forza Horizon)
  • KT Racing (MX)
Category 07

For · Car clubs, meetup groups, regional series

Regional community zone

A real community gets its own home in the atlas.

A lighter-fidelity zone tuned for social presence and light competition rather than tire-deformation accuracy. The SaaS-for-clubs surface. Turns rTracer from a B2B-funded platform into a culturally credible global community.

Example partners we'd target
  • Forza Horizon Dubai weekly meetup
  • Tail of the Dragon — Deals Gap
  • PCA · Porsche Club regions
  • BMW CCA · regional chapters
  • Mt. Akagi / Hakone touge groups
Category 08

For · Series authorities + licensing bodies

Sanctioning-body zone

Officiating, credentialing, and series-level competition with the body as the trust anchor.

Where competition needs an authority signature — racing licenses, series championships, formal credentialing — the zone integrates the sanctioning body directly. The body keeps authority over credentials; we keep the platform layer.

Example partners we'd target
  • FIA
  • JAF
  • SCCA
  • NASA
  • ARA
  • DMSB
  • MSA UK
  • CAMS
The pitch
Zone One is Fuji. Here is the world it lives in. Here is the zone you would have if we built yours next.

The hub world plus Fuji is the artifact we walk partners through. Each subsequent zone signing adds to the world; the world becomes more credible with each signing, which makes the next signing easier. The partner-funded fidelity flywheel.
